Are your treatments pet friendly and kid friendly?+
Yep. We use EPA registered products applied by licensed technicians at label rates. Once the treated areas are dry, usually 20 to 30 minutes, kids and pets are good to roam.
How soon will I see results?+
Most folks see a massive drop within 1 to 2 weeks. Some pests like carpenter ants or rodents can take a full service cycle to fully knock down, which is why our re-services are always free.
What's the difference between General and Premium?+
General is quarterly pest control OR quarterly rodent control, whichever one you need. Premium bundles both together on the same recurring plan. If you've ever had a mouse/rat sighting, go Premium.
Do I need to sign a service agreement?+
Yes. All our plans are recurring subscriptions with a simple, transparent service agreement so we can lock in your rate, keep your route slot reserved, and back the re service guarantee. No sketchy fine print, just clear terms up front.
Do I need to be home for service?+
Not for exterior treatments. We text you when we're on the way and leave a detailed service report. Interior visits are scheduled whenever works for you.
