Agreement
By requesting service from Stoked Pest Control, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
Services
We provide pest control services in eastern Idaho and Teton Valley. Specific treatments, frequencies, and guarantees are described in your service agreement and quote.
Guarantee & re-services
Our re-service guarantee applies to active recurring service plans. If pests covered under your plan return between scheduled visits, we will re-treat at no charge, typically within two business days of request.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring plans are billed on the schedule described in your service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel any service at any time by phone or email. There are no cancellation fees.
Limitations
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
