Our core recurring plan for folks who want a dialed in home base. Four seasonal visits per year, and you choose the vibe: full quarterly pest coverage, or full quarterly rodent coverage. Simple, effective, mellow.

What you actually get with this plan.
The Basic Plan is our foundation. It's for the homeowner who has one clear problem to solve — either the crawlies on the outside of the house, or the fuzzy critters trying to sneak in. You pick the lane, we run it hard four times a year.
General Pest Control (the pest lane)
Every quarter we walk your entire property and knock down the usual eastern Idaho lineup: spiders, ants, wasps, boxelder bugs, earwigs, crickets, centipedes, and beetles. We de-web your eaves, soffits, doorframes, and window frames, granulate the perimeter, and lay down a full exterior barrier. If you want us inside for baseboards and voids, we're happy to. If anything shows up between visits, we come back free.
Rodent Control (the rodent lane)
Mice, rats, and voles get a completely different playbook. We start with a real inspection — attic, crawlspace, garage, exterior — to find entry points and active runs. We set up an exterior bait station perimeter, treat interior hot spots, and seal the small gaps that make your home look like a hotel. Quarterly visits keep the pressure on year-round.
Which lane should you pick?
If you're mostly dealing with spiders on the porch, wasps under the eaves, or ants in the kitchen — go pest. If you're hearing scratching in the walls or finding droppings in the garage — go rodent.
